Programme of the EBC Hop Symposium on “Recent advances in hop science” unveiled!
The provisional programme of the EBC Symposium “Recent Advances in Hop Science” is now available at https://ebc-symposium.org/recent-advances-in-hop-science-technical-programme/ The Symposium, a technical landmark event for the European brewing sector with more than 100 participants and experts, will include twenty presentations that will cover topics such as hop flavor in beer, hop utilization, hops and health, hop breeding and growing as well as analysis on hops and craft beer. The EBC Symposium will be held in Nurnberg, Germany, from the 09th to the 11th of September 2018.
