About us

The Union unites the biggest beer producers in Poland. It serves its members with know-how and advisory when it comes to market regulations and the obligations of economic operators. By taking care of the good name of the brewing sector, it promotes cooperation for further popularisation of appropriate drinking culture and responsible alcohol consumption.

Our services/goals

• Protection of beer producers’ interests in Poland – proposals, drafts of new legal, economic and organisational solutions submitted to local and central authorities.
• Representation of its members in front of local and central authorities, social organisations and trade unions within the brewing sector.
• Creation of an appropriate industry and product image.
• Activities oriented at shaping responsible alcohol consumption through the popularisation of an appropriate drinking culture and through undertaking and supporting initiatives aiming at limiting the access to alcoholic beverages by minors.

Membership

Member of the Union may be as follows:

• An employer, running a brewery production or related to the brewing industry in the area of Poland.
• An employer being a capital subsidiary of the entity defined under item 1. The capital subsidiary means an entity in which the employer holds more than 51% stake of shares or stocks.
